What foreign companies ask about logistics in Brazil.
Can a foreign company use a 3PL warehouse in Brazil?
Yes, subject to an appropriate legal, import and commercial setup. A 3PL can store and fulfill inventory in Brazil, but using one does not automatically remove requirements relating to importation, invoicing, taxes or the local seller of record. Your Brazilian legal and tax advisers should confirm the right structure.
Does Gurulog import products or act as importer of record?
Our core service is warehousing and fulfillment. Products must be lawfully imported and released before entering our operation. We can coordinate operational requirements with your appointed importer, freight forwarder or customs broker, but do not assume that Gurulog itself serves as importer of record.
Can Gurulog fulfill Shopify orders in Brazil?
We support e-commerce order and inventory workflows, including Shopify and selected local systems. Specific integration requirements, checkout arrangements and invoicing responsibilities are evaluated during onboarding.
Can you ship products throughout Brazil?
Yes. Our warehouse is in Rio de Janeiro and we arrange deliveries throughout Brazil using carrier partners. Transit times and freight costs depend on parcel dimensions, weight, destination and service level.
Can you handle both online orders and wholesale distribution?
Yes. We support B2C picking and packing as well as B2B distribution to commercial customers, subject to the volumes, packaging and delivery requirements of each account.
Do you provide returns management and branded packaging?
We can receive and process returns according to agreed inspection and disposition rules, and define branded packaging, inserts or kitting as part of the account's service scope.
How much does a 3PL in Brazil cost?
Costs depend on storage space, SKU count, order volume, average items per order, packing materials, returns, integrations and delivery destinations. We prepare tailored proposals after reviewing your forecast and handling needs.
Can you store cosmetics, supplements or other regulated products?
Regulated categories must be evaluated individually. Acceptance depends on the exact product, documentation, permits, storage requirements and the licenses applicable to the operation. Please share the product category before sending goods.
